Dapple + Waver
Almost two years after its forced closure in February 2022 due to the loss of Toombul Shopping Centre following devastating floods, Dapple + Waver has opened the doors to its brand-new location. The suburban sip spot has found a new home in the recently developed YG Riverside Village in Yeerongpilly Green, just a stone’s throw from the Brisbane River and Queensland Tennis Centre.
The venue’s established interior aesthetic has also transferred to Yeerongpilly, creating a casual-yet-modern space featuring textured concrete walls, tiled tables and timber and copper finishes, softened by cosy leather banquettes, curved booths and hanging greenery. The rounded timber bar houses an extensive selection of craft and mainstream beers across 12 taps.
